God is my King.

At the Sister 2 Sister Ladies Retreat this past weekend, one of the speakers, Minister Trudy Finlayson, said something that actually inspired this post for the main page, but what she said really applies to us ladies:

“My God is the King of kings! That means we’re queens up in here!”

She’s right. God is the king ruling over all kings, so, as His daughters. We are queens. We are royalty. Remember that as you live.
Queens deserve respect and honor, so don’t stick around for someone who doesn’t respect you or honor your great value. You are worth more!
Keep in mind, though, queens are also held to a high esteem. They live in the light and view of others, and they are looked to as an example, so watch how you’re living! Don’t live out a life that you have to be ashamed of. Live a life that shines the light of your inheritance! You are the daughter of the Most High!

With love,
Elizabeth
